DESPITE HIS REPEATED OFFENDING, THIS PAEDOPHILE RING MEMBER HAS NEVER BEFORE PHOTOGRAPHED IN ANY NEWSPAPER OR WEBSITE.
AT LAST WE HAVE TRACKED DOWN PETER HICKS, CONVICTED PAEDO AND FLASHER WHO IS FROM GOSPORT, MOVED TO PORTSMOUTH AND HAS NOW SETTLED IN SOUTHAMPTON, LIVING AND WORKING AT THE MILLERS POND IN SHOLING.
PETER SEAN HICKS, Formerly of Dukes road Gosport was sentenced to 1 year in prison in August 2000 after he was found guilty of 2 charges of indecent assault, he was also placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years! He was a member of a shocking, depraved paedophile ring operating in Gosport at that time, causing even seasoned detectives to reel in shock when they uncovered the acts those involved had committed.
The paedophile ring, ONE OF THE LARGEST HAMPSHIRE HAD EVER SEEN, had members including this man PETER SEAN HICKS, His brother BRYAN JAMES HICKS his father PETER SYDNEY HICKS and shockingly his MOTHER; PHYLLIS JOAN HICKS, The excellent work carried out by the detectives, to break this ring up and bring these evil doers to justice was praised in the crown court by the judge, and rightly so!!
We have been receiving reports and concerns about PETER SEAN HICKS. In particular concerns at how he has been using Facebook to gain access to young single mothers, and that he was requesting these young mums to send naked pictures of themselves to him for money. His Facebook account is chock full with likes of young looking females in underwear. This is a man who is banned from having a Facebook account because of his convictions, yet he has numerous accounts, in different names and pretending to be living in Manchester. Being a “honest loyal person” he doesn’t seem very honest on these profiles:
Not only has PETER HICKS been attempting to groom young, single mums, offering them money for naked photographs of themselves, he has gone into panic mode when they have discovered who he is and offered them money to keep quiet and not tell anyone who or what he is. In particular his bosses, whom HE CLAIMS he has already told and they are perfectly happy for him to continue working and living in their child friendly pub:
He also has a profile using the name PETER HOUGHTON, which he then used to further contact those who blocked him after discovering what he is. He has also used this new profile to attempt to groom a young single mum. We have reported him to Facebook who should remove his profiles and ban him very soon.
In 2008, PETER SEAN HICKS was working at The Coach and Horses pub in Hilsea, Portsmouth where he worked in December 2007. Peter Sean Hicks, who was at the time aged 38, was living at the Portsmouth pub but had to move out after the incident.
Only a few days later he got a job working as a chef at the Queen’s Hotel in Osborne Road, Southsea. And AGAIN he flashed three times in a day. At the time of the offences Hicks, who is a registered sex offender, failed to tell police he had moved address from the Coach and Horses to a new address in High Street, Gosport.
Peter Sean Hicks was arrested by police on December 20th 2007. In interview, he denied the offence at the Coach and Horses, and claimed he had flashed at the Queen’s Hotel for a bet. But at Portsmouth Crown Court, Hicks showed little emotion as he ADMITTED FOUR CHARGES of indecent exposure and failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders’ register. YES HE PLEADED GUILTY!

Knowing about his past offending, it is no shock or surprise that a growing number of people are becoming concerned at his allegedly being allowed to live and work in another pub. One that promotes itself as “FRIENDLY TO CHILDREN”
PETER HICKS is, and always will be, a risk to young children and young single mums, on whom he preys, using cash as a seduction. If what Peter Hicks says is true, that he told his told his employers of his past, then the owners of MILLERS POND in SHOLING, SOUTHAMPTON should be ashamed of themselves for encouraging and allowing him to live on their premises, when they claim to be child friendly.
We photographed PETER HICKS outside the Millers Pond in Southampton. He was very keen to avoid the camera, but wanted to give his version of events:
Peter Hicks said that he didn’t want his photograph taken because he didn’t want to become homeless He said he likes his job at Millers Pond and the owners were aware of his past but supported him and said he could stay. He went on to say that he has done his time in prison and should therefore be allowed to get on with his life, because he has served his sentence, and he was tired of it always popping up and following him around We asked him if he thought that the same applied to the children he was guilty of indecently assaulting. Have they served their sentence? Are they getting on with their lives? Surprisingly PETER HICKS wouldn’t answer those questions.
Peter Hicks said that if the news about his past got out, he would lose his job and become homeless. He said he has been homeless before and its difficult. We found this posting on his Facebook page, moaning about how drug addicts get flats and he can’t. AND SO WHAT? We believe anyone addicted to drugs are better people than convicted paedophiles!!!!!!!!!!
Peter Hicks shouldn’t be allowed to get near anyone’s children, shouldn’t be allowed to groom young single mums and shouldn’t be allowed to use Facebook. If this post is shared enough, hopefully the message will get out there and people will recognise him and that will prevent him from committing anymore crimes.
When we contacted PETER HICKS and told him that we are reporting on who, and what he is, we asked him if it would be convenient to meet up with him at the pub. He immediately said that his employers knew all about him and they were happy for him to stay there, but he didn’t want the pub regulars to know. He then invited us to meet with him along the road, quite near to a primary school. Strangely enough, there were parents collecting their children at the time. We agreed to meet with him and watched him leave the Pub and walk towards the school. We decided to approach him before reaching the school and as we did, he kicked the photographer and started shouting and swearing. Some parents had already reached the area with their children and asked him to control his language. Having taken his photograph, we decided to walk away so that other young families wouldn’t be exposed to his shouting. He immediately returned to the MILLERS POND pub.
PETER SEAN HICKS, YOU ARE A CONVICTED PERVERT. YOU THOUGHT, BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT BEEN PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE, THAT YOU WERE SAFE, THAT NOBODY WOULD RECOGNISE YOU. TODAY WE HAVE REMOVED THAT PRIVILEGE. NOW EVERYONE CAN SEE YOU AND KNOW TO KEEP THEMSELVES, AND THEIR CHILDREN, VERY FAR AWAY FROM YOU. WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO SHARE THESE PHOTOGRAPHS OF YOU WITH EVERYONE!!!!!!! YOU ARE NAMED AND SHAMED!!!

Stadhampton man jailed after paedophile hunter sting
A child sex offender who was caught by a group posing as a teenager on social media has been jailed for four years.
Peter Sean Hicks, of Stadhampton, Oxfordshire, pleaded guilty to grooming a girl under the age of 16.
He was caught by a group known as the Shadow Hunters who live-streamed meeting him on Facebook.
At Oxford Crown Court, Judge Peter Ross criticised the group’s actions, saying it “could make a fair trial impossible”.
Prosecutor Julian Lynch told the court how the Shadow Hunters, which are based in Kent, had created a Facebook account for a fictional 14-year-old girl called Chloe Jones.
He said that Hicks, 48, made contact with the girl claiming he was 20 years old.
Mr Lynch said Hicks quickly struck up a “conversation of a sexual nature” on the social media site’s private messenger function, offering money to the girl to watch him perform sex acts.
The court heard how Hicks – who appeared via video link – had arranged to meet the girl at Oxford railway station on 5 March.
Members of the Shadow Hunters group , who were waiting for him, received a message from him saying to meet him at a petrol station in Stadhampton instead.
Once there the group confronted Hicks and live-streaming the incident on Facebook bfeore calling the police.
The court heard how Hicks had 18 previous sexual offences dating from 1988, including indecently assaulting one female under 14 years old and another female who was under 16.
In sentencing Hicks to four years in prison and four years on licence for grooming a girl under the age of 16, Judge Ross told Hicks that, had the sexual activity taken place, it would have caused “great harm”.
But the judge finished by criticising the actions of the Shadow Hunters, saying they had “no business” confronting and detaining Hicks.
“That’s a matter for the police, and the police only,” he said.
“The incident was live-streamed. That could cause prejudice which could make a fair trial impossible.”
